SCHEDULING · STAFFORD & FREDERICKSBURG, VA

Begin with a Discovery Consultation

Every new client starts the same way: fifteen complimentary minutes on the phone with Dr. Thea Paige, PT, DPT. It costs nothing, obligates nothing, and ends with an honest answer about whether this practice is the right place for your care — including, sometimes, that it isn't.

BOOKING & WHY IT STARTS WITH A CALL

How Does Booking Work At Divine Physical Therapy?

New clients book a free 15-minute discovery consultation — a phone conversation with Dr. Paige, scheduled online below. If the practice is the right fit, your Comprehensive Movement Evaluation is scheduled from there. Returning clients book follow-up sessions directly. All in-person care is delivered in your home across Stafford, Fredericksburg and surrounding Virginia.

The call-first model is deliberate: it protects you from paying for an evaluation in the wrong setting, and it protects the calendar for the people this practice genuinely serves.

Why Does Every New Client Start With One?

Because a quick conversation should come before you commit to an appointment. During the Discovery Consultation, Dr. Paige learns what brings you to physical therapy, answers questions about the practice and its services, and explains what scheduling care would involve. It is informational only; no evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment is provided during the call.

If Divine is not the right fit because of location, scheduling, payment needs, or another practical factor, Dr. Paige will tell you plainly. If it is a fit, you can schedule your evaluation and leave with a clear sense of what to expect. The four-part path of care is outlined in The Divine Restore & Reset Movement Method™.

CLINICAL SPECTRUM

Your Care Options

After your complimentary Discovery Consultation, we'll help determine the best place to begin — you don't need to figure it out on your own. Session pricing is intentionally not listed here; how care is priced and paid for lives on the rates & payment page.

START WITH AN EVALUATION

Comprehensive Movement Evaluation

75 minutes · New clients

Your starting point for pain, injury, recurring problems, mobility limitations, or difficulty returning to the activities you enjoy. We'll look beyond where you hurt to understand how movement, mobility, strength and activity demands may be contributing to the problem. Treatment begins during your first visit when appropriate.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what we found, what you can begin doing independently, and whether additional care is recommended.

START WITH AN EVALUATION

Pelvic Health Evaluation

75 minutes · New pelvic health clients

Specialized physical therapy for pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic floor concerns, core weakness, pelvic pain, bladder or bowel symptoms, and difficulty returning to exercise or activity. We'll assess how your pelvic floor, core, breathing, mobility, strength and movement work together.

Internal pelvic floor assessment is never automatic. When clinically appropriate, we'll discuss why it may be helpful and proceed only with your consent.

CONTINUE YOUR CARE

Movement Restoration Session

75 minutes · Established clients

For clients actively working toward a rehabilitation or movement goal. Each session builds on your progress and may combine dry needling, hands-on treatment, mobility work, strengthening, movement retraining, and progressive loading based on what you need that day.

The goal: meaningful progress, plus the skills and confidence to manage independently.

RETURN WHEN YOU NEED US

Targeted Tissue Reset

75 minutes · Established clients

For those times when you've been managing well, but a familiar flare-up, stubborn restriction, or mobility problem isn't responding to what you normally do on your own. We'll reassess what's changed and provide focused treatment.

Focused intervention when you need it. Independence when you don't.

STAY PROACTIVE

Annual Movement Physical

75 minutes · Proactive & returning clients

You don't have to wait for pain or injury to check in on how your body is moving. This annual head-to-toe movement assessment looks at mobility, strength, movement quality, and the physical demands of your lifestyle, exercise, or sport.

You'll leave knowing what's working well, what deserves attention, and what to work on over the year ahead.

Also available to established clients

  • Pelvic Annual Wellness Visit — 75 minutes. For established clients returning for a proactive pelvic health check-in—not for a new or worsening concern. We review what has changed since your last visit, assess the core and pelvic floor as clinically appropriate, and update the plan you use in real life.

  • If the wellness check-in identifies a concern that would benefit from physical therapy, Dr. Paige will explain the right next step. Sometimes a focused plan can begin from that visit; when a new or more complex concern needs a fuller assessment, a Pelvic Health Evaluation may be recommended.

Also available to established clients

  • Telehealth Follow-Up — a video visit for exercise progression, education and problem-solving between hands-on sessions. Available to clients physically located in Virginia at the time of the visit.

AFTER YOU BOOK

What Happens After You Book?

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately, plus text and email reminders as your appointment approaches. The booking form asks one optional intake question — anything you'd like Dr. Paige to know before the call. A sentence or two of context is plenty; please don't include detailed medical history there, since a web form is not the place for it.

The call itself, with Dr. Thea Paige, PT, DPT, CMTPT, PCES, is where the real conversation happens.

Life happens to calendars — if you need to move an appointment, 24 hours' notice is the courtesy that keeps a one-clinician schedule workable. The full cancellation policy is confirmed when you book your evaluation.
