Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of the Divine Physical Therapy website, including health-information boundaries, scheduling, intellectual property, liability and Virginia law.

Divine Physical Therapy, LLC · Stafford, Virginia

Last updated: September 28, 2026

By accessing or using divinephysicalhealth.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms govern use of the Site only. Physical therapy and other professional services are governed by the applicable intake documents, informed consents, financial policies and other agreements provided to clients.

Educational information only

Content on this Site, including articles, FAQs, descriptions of conditions, exercises, services and treatment techniques, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, or a substitute for evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information found on this Site.

Not for emergencies

This Site, its forms, email and routine business communications are not monitored as emergency services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate emergency medical care or call 911. Do not use a website form, email, text message or scheduling request for urgent or emergency medical needs.

No provider–patient relationship through website use

Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, requesting or completing a Discovery Consultation, sending an email, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a provider–patient relationship with Divine Physical Therapy, LLC or Dr. Thea Paige. A clinical relationship is established only when Divine Physical Therapy accepts you for care and the required intake, consent and clinical evaluation processes have been completed as applicable. Pre-care communications should not be relied upon as individualized treatment advice.

Privacy and electronic communications

Please do not submit medical records, detailed medical histories, diagnoses, photographs, or other sensitive health information through general website forms or ordinary email unless Divine Physical Therapy specifically directs you to an approved method. No internet transmission or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Once you become a client, clinical communications and records are also governed by applicable privacy laws and practice policies.

Scheduling, payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until a visit is confirmed. Current rates, payment terms, package terms, cancellation and rescheduling requirements are provided on the Rates & Payment page and/or during the booking and intake process. Policies presented and accepted at the time of booking or purchase govern that transaction. Divine Physical Therapy may reschedule, decline or discontinue non-emergency services when clinically appropriate, when services are outside the practice's scope, when required information or payment is not provided, or when necessary for safety, legal or operational reasons, subject to applicable professional and legal obligations.

Conditions of in-home and mobile service

Divine Physical Therapy delivers care in clients' homes and other agreed locations. By requesting mobile service, you agree to provide a treatment environment that is reasonably safe, sanitary and suitable for physical therapy, including adequate space to move and perform exercise, adequate lighting, a stable surface where a treatment table or equipment is used, safe access to the entrance, and reasonable control of pets and other animals during the visit. You agree to disclose known hazards at the location in advance.

Divine Physical Therapy may decline, shorten, relocate, reschedule or end a visit when the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, when access cannot reasonably be obtained, when another person present interferes with care or safety, when the clinician reasonably believes continuing would be unsafe or clinically inappropriate, or when conduct toward the clinician is threatening, harassing or abusive. Cancellation and rescheduling terms accepted at booking apply to visits ended for these reasons unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Weather, road conditions, vehicle failure, illness, family emergency and other circumstances outside reasonable control may require rescheduling. Divine Physical Therapy is not liable for losses arising from a visit rescheduled for such reasons and will offer an alternative appointment as promptly as scheduling allows.

Other people present, minors and recording

You are responsible for who is present during a visit. If care is provided to a minor or to an adult for whom you have legal authority, you represent that you have the authority to consent to that care and required consent and intake documentation must be completed. Divine Physical Therapy may require a parent, guardian or authorized adult to be present or reachable for the duration of a visit involving a minor.

Do not photograph, film, livestream or make audio recordings of any portion of a visit without prior express permission. Divine Physical Therapy likewise will not photograph, record or use images or video of you except as separately described and consented to in writing. Permission granted for one purpose does not extend to publication, distribution or use on social media.

Text messaging and electronic reminders

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes and arrival notices, sent through the practice's communication platform. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You may opt out of non-essential messages by replying with the platform's stop keyword or by telling the practice directly; opting out of service messages may affect scheduling. Standard text messaging is not a secure channel, and clinically sensitive information should not be exchanged that way. See the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of information you provide

Safe physical therapy depends on complete and accurate information. You agree to provide accurate health history, current symptoms, medications, imaging or surgical history, and other information reasonably requested, and to promptly report changes in your condition, new symptoms or adverse responses to treatment. Divine Physical Therapy may modify, pause, decline or discontinue services, or recommend evaluation by another provider, based on that information or its absence.

No guarantee of clinical results

Descriptions of services, techniques, expected progress or client experiences do not promise or guarantee a particular clinical outcome. Response to physical therapy varies based on the individual, condition, participation, medical history and other factors. Clinical recommendations are individualized after appropriate evaluation.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, scheduling systems, payment processors, communication platforms, maps, social media or other services. Divine Physical Therapy does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or separate terms. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with Site security or operation; introduce malicious code; gain unauthorized access to systems or information; impersonate another person; use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy Site content except as permitted by law; or use the Site in a manner that infringes the rights of Divine Physical Therapy or others.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Site content—including original text, graphics, photographs, downloads, educational materials, branding, logos, page design and proprietary service or framework names—is owned by Divine Physical Therapy, LLC or used with permission. You may view, print or save reasonable portions for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, create derivative commercial materials from, or use Site content or branding to imply affiliation or endorsement without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Physical Therapy disclaims warranties regarding the Site's accuracy, completeness, availability, security, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Physical Therapy, LLC and its owners, clinicians, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or third-party services linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These website limitations do not replace or alter the rights and responsibilities governing professional clinical care. See the Disclaimer.

Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify Divine Physical Therapy for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

Virginia law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute concerning use of this Site may lawfully be subject to a contractual venue provision, the parties consent to the state or federal courts with appropriate jurisdiction serving Stafford County, Virginia. Nothing in this provision waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Reviews, testimonials and feedback

Reviews and testimonials are voluntary. Divine Physical Therapy does not offer discounts, free services or other consideration in exchange for a review. A testimonial is published only with written permission and reflects one person's experience; it is not a representation of typical results. Unsolicited ideas or suggestions you send about the Site or services may be used without obligation or compensation, and you should not send information you consider confidential.

Entire agreement and order of precedence

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site. Where these website terms conflict with a signed intake agreement, informed consent, financial policy or other clinical document you have accepted, the clinical document controls as to professional services. These terms are personal to you and may not be assigned; Divine Physical Therapy may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the practice.

Severability and waiver

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure by Divine Physical Therapy to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

Divine Physical Therapy may revise these terms as the Site, services, technology or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the Site after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
