When clinically appropriate, manual therapy, exercise instruction, dry needling, and your home program are integrated into your session without separate line-item charges or per-technique add-ons.
Direct payment separates the visit fee from the number of techniques used. That is what allows for 75 unhurried minutes with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy at every visit—and for treatment decisions to be guided by clinical need, not by additional charges.

Comprehensive Movement Evaluation
Choose this visit if you are new to Divine Physical Therapy or are returning with a new injury, new symptoms, or a meaningful change in your condition. Your appointment includes a detailed history and whole-body movement assessment to identify the factors contributing to your symptoms or limitations.
When clinically appropriate, your evaluation may include treatment and concludes with a clear plan and home program you can carry forward.

Pelvic Health Evaluation
Choose this visit if you are new to Divine Physical Therapy or are returning with new or worsening pelvic health concerns, a new pregnancy or postpartum season, pelvic pain, bladder or bowel symptoms, core concerns, or another meaningful change in function.
Your appointment includes a detailed history, whole-body and pelvic-focused assessment, treatment when appropriate, and a clear plan for next steps. An internal pelvic-floor assessment is never automatic; it is offered only to female clients when clinically appropriate and with your informed consent.

Movement Restoration Session
Choose this standard follow-up visit to continue your plan of care. Your session may include hands-on treatment, movement retraining, progression of your home program, and reassessment as needed—all within the appointment rather than as a separate billable visit.

Targeted Tissue Reset
Choose this visit for a familiar flare-up, stubborn restriction, or recurring problem that is not responding to your usual strategies. It includes focused reassessment, unhurried hands-on treatment, and dry needling when clinically appropriate.
This appointment is for established clients with a condition previously evaluated by Divine Physical Therapy. New or substantially changed symptoms require a Comprehensive Movement Evaluation or Pelvic Health Evaluation.

Pelvic Annual Wellness Visit
Choose this optional yearly check-in if you have previously completed pelvic health care with Divine Physical Therapy, are generally doing well, and want to stay proactive. This visit reviews pelvic and core function, movement goals, return-to-fitness readiness, and prevention strategies.
It is not designed to evaluate a new or worsening problem. If you have new symptoms or a meaningful change in function, please book a Pelvic Health Evaluation instead. An internal pelvic-floor assessment is never automatic; it is offered only to female clients when clinically appropriate and with your informed consent.

The Annual Movement Physical
Your yearly medical physical can tell you important things about your health—but it rarely shows how your body moves. This proactive, whole-body check-in assesses mobility, strength, balance, movement patterns, and functional capacity before pain or injury forces the issue.
Dr. Paige explains your results in clear terms, including relevant anatomy, and answers your questions. You will leave with practical guidance and a clearer understanding of what to prioritize.
This is an educational assessment, not a full treatment plan or large home-exercise program. If skilled physical therapy is recommended, Dr. Paige will identify the priority area for care and discuss next steps. Divine Physical Therapy does not participate in Medicare; if Medicare coverage is needed for ongoing therapy, an in-network Medicare provider may be the appropriate next step.

One straightforward way to continue care when a short period of consistent treatment and progression is likely to help. Optional, never required, and it never determines the plan of care.

There is no requirement to purchase a package or commit to a predetermined number of visits. If an evaluation, treatment and an independent strategy are all you need, that is a successful outcome.

The Practical Details
01. Payment is due at the time of service. Card, HSA or FSA.
02. HSA and FSA cards may be used when your plan permits. Only your plan administrator can confirm eligibility for your account. More on HSA and FSA.
03. An itemized superbill is available upon request if you choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance plan. Divine Physical Therapy does not submit claims on your behalf, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. How superbills work.

Community Discount
A 10% community discount is available to active-duty military members, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and students. It applies to individual sessions only and does not apply to care packages.

Travel
Travel within Stafford County is built into the session — no separate charge. Visits outside Stafford County carry a flat travel fee, confirmed on your discovery call before anything is scheduled. See the full service area.
Medicare Beneficiaries: Please Read Before Scheduling
Divine Physical Therapy is not enrolled as a Medicare provider and does not provide or bill Medicare-covered physical therapy services. Federal Medicare rules do not allow physical therapists to opt out of Medicare or privately contract with beneficiaries for Medicare-covered PT.
If you have Medicare, please contact Dr. Paige before scheduling. She can help determine whether a separate wellness or prevention service may be appropriate, or whether a Medicare-enrolled physical therapy provider is the better next step.
