THE JOURNAL · EVIDENCE-INFORMED RESOURCES
The Divine PT Journal
Every article here starts with a question a real person typed when can I run after my baby, should I rest a painful tendon, what does physical therapy actually cost and answers it in the first sixty words. Written by the clinician who treats these questions in living rooms across Stafford County and Fredericksburg every week.

ABOUT THE PUBLICATION
What Is The Divine PT Journal?
The Divine PT Journal is an educational resource written by Dr. Thea Paige, PT, DPT - practical, evidence-informed articles on postpartum recovery, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, recovery at home after hospital care, movement, prevention, and paying for physical therapy. New articles are added as useful topics and common client questions come up.
It exists because education is the treatment plan at this practice - and because the internet's answers to these questions are mostly written to rank, not to help. Every article is written by Dr. Paige - about Dr. Paige - and held to the standards published further down this page.
